Bill Ritchie
Bill Ritchie has been part of the equine industry for over 50 years, bringing decades of experience as a professional horse trainer, licensed horse show judge, and licensed riding instructor. His background began with American Quarter Horses and expanded over the years to include Paints, Appaloosas, and a variety of other breeds. Bill has extensive experience showing and training horses in both Western disciplines and Hunt Seat on the flat. Bill takes great pride in teaching riders of all ages and skill levels. He especially values the enjoyment, discipline, and confidence that come from riding lessons and believes strongly in developing the connection between horse and rider.

Roger Flood
Roger Flood has been professionally training horses and riders for more than 30 years. With extensive experience, dedication, and a true passion for helping each horse-and-rider partnership reach its full potential, Roger brings a thoughtful and personalized approach to every program.
Roger specializes in Morgans, Saddlebreds, and Saddleseat disciplines, and has successfully trained and coached riders at the local, New England, and regional levels. His areas of expertise include Park, English Pleasure, Hunt Seat Pleasure, Country Pleasure, Pleasure Equitation, and In-Hand competition. Roger works with riders of all ages and experience levels, creating individualized training programs that build skill, confidence, and success. Whether a rider’s goal is personal enjoyment, continued development, or stepping into the show ring, Roger takes pride in guiding horse-and-rider teams along the path to achieving their goals and celebrating their accomplishments together.
